The CX Survey is a tool that can immediately gauge the service a customer has just received. By creating simple surveys by matching the day's appointment book, or integrating with the Point of Sale, customers are presented via a KIOSK at the reception desk a simple single question addressed to the customer by name:
"Hello [customer]. How was your treatment with [name of service provider who performed the treatment]?" and then a 5 Star rating is selected. Easy!
